This micro-accelerator will allow you to benchmark your organisation’s business model and will provide advice on how you can improve your business model.
It has been developed by Queensland University of Technology’s Centre for METS Business Innovation (CMBI).
Prior to the course, participants should complete the Business Model Benchmarking Tool, review pre-work course material and answer a couple of questions prior to the commencement of the course.
The micro-accelerator is then delivered online in a 2-hour session.
