In response to very strong demand, METS Ignited has partnered again with 1000Steps to produce and deliver a series of CRM masterclasses.
Five separate classes over the third week of February have led METS companies through a solid, interactive process that has helped attendees to understand the business value of CRM, re-evaluate the customer-facing processes that CRM is designed to support, and finally consider how they can leverage all their sources of customer data into one location.
