Our final Customer Relationship Management (CRM) masterclass for 2022 was held on 19 October 2022.
This masterclass covered topics such as the link between the CRM and well defined sales processes, the importance of the customer database and managing performance. It was designed for founders, MDs, GMs and the heads of sales and marketing.
Introduced in 2022 and now with nearly 100 people attending this year, the masterclass has proved to be a great success.
