MyPass has successfully leveraged Government support to bring their new technology to market and grow the team from 2 to 37 (and growing). The company was also the technology provider for the weVolunteer program, delivered by Volunteering Victoria in partnership with the Victorian Government. weVolunteer mobilised volunteers for the vulnerable during COVID.

With the emergence of MyPass’s modern cloud-based technology, it is now possible to have real-time dashboards to identify skills requirements, match workers to available jobs, track ongoing skills development and collaborate with industry and across the entire supply chain.

MyPass is the market leader in the Energy and Resources sector, with approximately 23% of the active workforce using MyPass Skills Passports. MyPass have earned the trust of more than 300 companies, with 42,000 users across 24 countries. Looking Forward

Building upon local success, the company is expanding globally into North and South America. MyPass has become a key facilitator for the industry standard for compliance in highly regulated sectors and doubled its workforce in a year with jobs in Australian and internationally.
