Adrian Beer, METS Ignited CEO, was delighted to welcome attendees at the inaugural Business Development and Sales Process Implementation masterclass. This is the second in our Sales and Marketing Masterclass series and follows on from the very successful Sales and Marketing Strategy sessions held in June and July this year. Adrian was particularly encouraged by the high number of registrations and said that he was pleased that METS Ignited were able to offer an additional timeslot to allow everyone that was interested to attend.
Fraser Morrison and Mark Hughes from 1000Steps are facilitating these sessions which will allow participants to align their business development and sales processes so that the whole sales team is working according to best practises. The classes will cover best practises in lead generation, first meetings, discovery meetings, collaboration meetings and how to produce engaging value-based proposals.
